Terms of use

Order Processing:

1. Choose your desired brass item and click on the “Add to cart” button.
2. You may either continue shopping or click on “Proceed to checkout” if you are done shopping.
3. Fill in the necessary guest information for the order.
4. Proceed to payment, where you will be directed to a secured payment platform called “Visa Verified”.
5. Fill in your card details and click on “Pay” to complete the payment process.
6. Once payment is confirmed, click on “Go back to merchant site” to finalize your order.
7. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details.

Returns & Exchanges:

1. We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
2. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
3. Ship the items back within 30 days of delivery.
4. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making the purchase.
5. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
